Slowing down the speed of love
When we slow down, we gain access to the wisdom of our animal bodies. As we soften our edges and re-member our selves, we open to the deeper mystery of who we are.
Come spend a day slowing down, softening, and leaning into intimacy. In a supportive and structured setting, we’ll use movement, breath, touch, and dialogue to focus on:
- Cultivating connection to self, others, and the whole
- Articulating desires and boundaries easily- without resentment or guilt
- Touching the places inside where we are most hungry to let go
Movement will be free form and slow (including being still), and touch will be clothing on, and in the form of relaxing massage or simple holding. All activities are optional, and choices to pass or participate are honored equally. The workshop is structured to be nurturing and rejuvenating, allowing each person to gently find his or her “tender edge,” and go as deep as he or she chooses.
